Hawaii Masters (HIMA) is virtual state club and was formed for Hawaii swimmers who compete outside of our state to be able to compete under one club from Hawaii.  This allows HiMa swimmers to score points together for Hawaii, and race together on relays. When registering, each swimmer has three choices to register: 1) With their USMS registered swim club; 2) with HIMA; 3) unattached.  HIMA is strictly a name, with no governing body or board.

Note: You can still be a "member" of one or more clubs and work out with them - and you're encouraged to be members of the group(s) you swim with to support your local club.  Your USMS club membership only defines the club you represent when you swim in USMS sanctioned competition.
