Transferring between clubs is easy - just fill out the Application for Transfer of Club Membership to transfer between clubs in Hawaii or from a mainland team TO Hawaii.  There's a small fee.  To transfer TO a mainland LSC, contact that LSC - you can find their websites at http://www.usms.org/links/lmscwebsites.php.
