University of Hawaii Masters (UHM)

We cater to all levels of swimmers including experienced pool swimmers, triathlete/open water swimmers, beginners, and everyone in between looking to work on technique, endurance, racing, fitness, and FUN! First session free of charge. The coach on deck can provide you with all the necessary paperwork/forms.

Pearl Harbor Masters (PHM)

  • Pool Location: Richardson Pool (25 meter short course, 8 lanes). Pearl Harbor- between the Arizona Memorial and Rainbow Bay Marina. Directions: Turn off Kam Highway as if you were visiting the Arizona Memorial, then turn right at the memorial. Pool will be on the right, just before Rainbow Bay Marina.
  • Practice Schedule: Monday through Friday from 5:00am - 7:00am. Currently no on-deck coach but workouts are provided at 3 different levels. 3500 meters avg. daily workout on a 1:30-1:45 100 pace.  Also Lap Swim M-F 11a-1p.
